The Beatles Stereo CD Box Set (Original Recordings Remastered)

Very tempting. I have Please Please Me, A Hard Days's Night, With the Beatles, Rubber Soul, Revolver, Sgt Pepper, Magical Mystery Tour, The White Album, Abbey Road, Let It Be and Past Masters in the earlier format, and I'm no audiophile. But the way music is distributed these days casts an aura of old skool cool on this CD box set.

It would display very nicely next to my Beatles Anthology Book, Beatles Anthology DVD and John Lennon Anthology CD Box Set.

Even more cool is The Beatles USB set.

A specially designed Flash interface has been installed, and the 16MB USB's audio and visual contents will be provided in FLAC 44.1 Khz 24 bit and MP3 320 Kbps formats, fully compatible with PC and Mac.

WOW!!!!!! and double WOW!!!! I wasn't sure of getting this earlier....so in the end my predicament cost me one of these..it ran out of stock. This box set is too cool bro!! CONGRATS!

I ended up buying them individually, leaving out Let iT be and Yellow Submarine. I love Let It Be...Naked more than the 1970 release and Yellow Submarine is...well....you know...heheh.....

    2 questions bro..

    1) Are those mini documentaries provided in a separate CD?
    2) The USB thing came with the stereo box?

hey bro, i think you skimmed thru the post too fast. I don't have this yet, but find it very tempting. SG just got their restocks and they seem to be calling out to me.

    1) The mini documentaries supposedly come on a separate DVD in the box set
    2) The USB thing is a separate item, goes for US$200 plus actually.

They sure know how to milk, that's for sure. :)
