Thanks Mich, my recent revisiting of the hobby was brought about by both a wave of nostalgia at the recent Gundam Fiesta at compass point and the need to complete the kits I want to build before the birth of my child in January.
Hope Tim gets into it, it is good fun.
I wouldn't consider myself as a full fledged gunpla hobbyist though, rather a collector who wants to do a bit more than just snap fit kits.
You're right about the patience bit. Cutting, filing and waiting for paint to dry is boring. Eye for detail's not really me. :)
Slick job so far Shaun! Seeing you pick this hobby up makes me want to convince Tim to put together his Gundam and Armored Core kits properly. I admire the work plamo hobbyists do, it really requires patience and an eye for detail. :)
