Nice collection Shaun! These TT themselves are pricelss collectibles on their own. Truthfully I've never seen those earlier TT bodies+headsculpt before too...heheh....guess I wasn't a 1/6th collector that long ago...

I agree with you Shaun,it is a good idea buying these Truetypes to make kitbashes.

@The Rebel: Thanks bro, it doesn't matter when you joined the game, what matters is that you've arrived. :)

@supekudx: always good to have spares. :)

What's the difference between standard TT bodies and the special edition?

  1. Shaun says:

the only difference is the headsculpt, I've no idea why the naming convention though.

I just bought the latest TT slim body @TFH,I think its a good quality item as in anything that HT comes out with nowadays, but its the packaging that sorta makes these items special on their own way,by hook or crook i had to bring back the entire item in my luggage even-though earlier i thought of just bringing the figure itself back. another good investment, hated the old HT bodies though.

I love my Hot Toys True Type guys. They're cute AND poseable. I've got five of them, and hope to get MORE. Don't have any of the slim types yet.
