The headsculpt of the Hot Toys first version of The Joker was dissed in many quarters for bearing no likeness whatsoever to Heath Ledger (RIP). This version gives Hot Toys a second shot at this figure.
Here's a closer look at the reworked headsculpt.

I think it's another brilliant sculpt by our favourite toy artist babe.
Next up is the bank robber headsculpt, with slicked-back hair, right after he removed his mask.

And here he is with his clown mask on.

So you effectively get three display options with this figure.
Here are the accessories that come with the figure.
The bag comes packed with styrofoam to give it a fuller look when zipped.
To fit the grenades and gas bombs into the bag, you'll have to remove the styrofoam...
...push out the foam bits in the black foam piece...
...and fit the grenades and gas bombs into the black foam piece and place it in the bag.

The suit's tailoring is of Hot Toys' usual high standards and the body used is the True Type.
Here's more pix of the figure in random poses/angles.

I like how this figure looks and appreciate Hot Toys' attempt to get this figure's headsculpt right. But having to pay the full price for a figure that sports a get-up that lasted for about five minutes of the film is abit too much. Looking at it from another angle, I would have been more frustrated had they just released this figure with the reworked headsculpt and additional costume.

The likeness is incredible, I'm swapping the head on the 1st Joker as soon as I get this.
I know the figure's hit th ground in HK, but has anyone shipped it here yet?
