Peter Parker | Clark Kent | Bruce Wayne

The greatest joy I derive from the sixth scale hobby is coming up with civilian counterparts of my superhero figs.

Pete has his Spidey costume under his civvy clothes.

And here are their Superhero incarnations.

Medicom RAH Spiderman

Hot Toys Superman

Takara Batman

  1. ah dey.. medicom comic spiderman series is taller than medicom movie spiderman??

  1. Shaun says:

yup it is, mainly due to the torso and thickness of the boots.

  1. so the comic version is what size? 13"?

    movie version looked more proportionated.

I finally bought a Takara Batman! I had to sell all three of my SPider-man 3 figures to fund the purchase (though I do have change, I didn't blow all my spidey 3 earnings), but I don't regret it, not one bit. Now I just gotta buy some Armor-All wipes to protect that rubber batsuit...

I want to use the extra Bale head to kitbash a Bruce Wayne like you did.

Nope its closer to the proper 12" scale, standard Medicom figs are usually shorter than 12".

Sweet I'll definitely keep an eye out for those TS suits.

Hey shaun, what 1/6 scale body do you use for your Bruce Wayne kitbash? I think you mentioned it before but I can't remember.

A BBI 3.5 body, seen here should do fine. You'll have to fill the cavity in Bruce's head with poster putty cos the BBI 3.5 neck joint is much thinner than the cavity.

You can use a Hot Toys body if u want, but you'll have to snip off the neck connector bit and I'm not sure whether the neck's a perfect fit for bruce's head.

Congrats on the score again. :)
