Shaun's Sixth Scale Shelves

Did a bit of shuffling round my gallery to accommodate as many of my 6th scale figures as possible.

Miscellaneous Military and Civilian Kitbashes
Don't be surprised if you spot a few famous faces in this shelf. It's amazing how Chinese companies can get away with sculpting celebrity likenesses, but it's testament to their entrepreneurial ability. The more cheap headsculpts, the more bashes for me.

More Miscellaneous Figures
This shelf was intended to be a pop-culture, movie and TV shelves of sorts, but it deviated slightly in it's theme. Ah well, at least Spawn, Jack Sparrow and Bruce Lee get displayed rather than stashed away in their boxes.

DC Direct 13" Deluxe Collector Figures
I'm assaulting a knackered equine (cheers Leslie) here, but till DC Direct figures out how to pull off Diana, I don't have a complete Justice League!

Sideshow & Medicom Star Wars
This shelf is gonna run out of space soon, if I keep to my collecting policy of 'Saber Brandishers Only' for Sideshow figures. Can't wait to have Boba and Jango join this shelf.

Marvel Icons
I looked back on encashing my loose marvel legends figures (waves 1 - 10 IIRC) with a slight tinge of regret and resolved to collect as many figs from their 12" icon line as possible. While the figures' articulation is taking a huge serving of whup ass, you can't really complain much for a 12" fig at S$40.

Medicom RAH Figures
It's mainly Spidey in the spotlight for this shelf. Looking forward to bad ass Pete in the last quarter of this year to add to this display.

DC 12" Batman and Superman
My favourite shelf houses the coolest characters from DC. It's amazing how much Takara Batman is going these days ($400+) and hopefully next year's 'The Dark Knight' sees an equally awesome offering from Takara. I'm still hoping for Takara's take on Superman, but it looks like an increasingly unlikely possibility as months go by.

my collection's meant to inspire fellow collectors, not shame. Each person's collection is precious to them as there's hard work, money and time involved in collecting.

Thanks for commenting Darren, I'm a big fan of your sculpts and repaints and have subscribed to your blog awhile back. Looking forward to more posts from you.
